We’re so excited you’ve chosen to ride with us. Before we begin, please review and agree to the following so we can keep you safe, supported, and fully part of our community:


  • Ride at Your Own Pace: Cycling is a challenging but rewarding workout. You know your body best; listen to it, ride strong, and modify as needed. By joining, you acknowledge that you’re participating at your own risk and release Rooted Cycling and its team from liability for any injuries.


  • Studio Policies: Please arrive early (at least 10-15 minutes) especially for your first ride, so we can get you set up comfortably. Studio locks right at the start time — no late entry allowed. You can still cancel anytime without penalty.


  • Community & Respect: Rooted is a faith-inspired space built on encouragement, belonging, and positivity. We ask all riders to show respect for instructors, staff, and fellow riders at all times.


  • Photos & Videos: We love capturing the energy of our rides to share with the community. By participating, you agree that Rooted Cycling may use photos/videos in marketing. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know before class and we’ll gladly accommodate.


  • Your Health Matters: You confirm that you’re in good health to participate, and you’ll share any important conditions or limitations with your instructor before class begins.
